FluoroSilicone Sheeting 70° Shore to MIL-R-25988 TY2 CL1 GR70. Fluorosiliconse Sheeting has been engineered to be used where normal silicone would degrade when up against harsh chemicals and/or extreme environments. This grade has an excellent Operating temperature range from -60° C to +230° C and can even perform at +250°C in short bursts.
EU1935:2004 FDA & WRAS Approved Silicone Sheeting 40° Shore A Hardness. This material meet the following flammability specs. FAR 25/JAR 25/CS 25 Appendix F, Part 1, (a)(1)(iv) and (a)(1)(v) horizontal, flammability tests and Automotive Standard Part 571FMVSS302

A High Strength Silicone material designed for extreme temperatures and applications within the Aerospace Industry where its excellent Damping, Mechanical and Electrical Resistance properties are widely recognised.
The material is manufactured from Compound that meets the physical and technical requirements of AMS 3345.
A premium quality EPDM Rubber Sheeting that meets the requirements of BS EN 681-1-WA. A soft rubber at 50 IRHD, the compound is WRAS approved (Ref 161153).
A high quality Silicone Rubber Sheeting containing additives which are visible to metal detector scanning equipment, ensuring that any particles contaminating the product can be easily identified.
This grade has been developed with a good Magnetic Pull strength, 8.3mm using test method SEWI 700, and meets the Flammability requirements for FAR 25/JAR 25/CS 25 Appendix F Part 1 (a)(1)(iv).
Also available in moulded sheets with an Anti-Microbial additive for applications where both features are required.This material is suitable for Seals and Gasket applications in the Food, Drink and Pharmaceutical Industries.
FluoroMac 60 Shore A FKM Fluoroelastomer Rubber Sheeting. Typically used for its resistance to High Temperatures, Oils & Chemicals.
A premium grade European manufactured Flame Resistant Nitrile Rubber sheeting certified to UL94 VO. Suitable for a range of applications in Marine, Aerospace, Offshore and Transport environments where good Oil Resistance is required in addition to exception Flame Resistance and excellent mechanical properties.
A high performance Silicone Rubber Sheeting with excellent Flame Retardant properties, and Low Smoke and Low Toxicity performance characteristics. The material meets many of the main international Flame Retardant standards for the Rail Industry including:
EN45545-2 HL3, BS6853 Cat 1a, NF F-16-101 Catagories F1 & I2, DIN 5510-2, LUL 1-085 A2 Table 4, UL94 V0 (3mm).
MR6370 is a premium nickel plated graphite filled silicone elastomer providing excellent EMI shielding performance. The material offers excellent corrosion resistance and flame retardant performance.
