EPDM

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer is normally abbreviated to EPDM and is a synthetic polymer. Rubber Sheeting described as EPDM will be a blend of polymers including a percentage of EPDM. Specification Grades will container higher levels of EPDM than commercial grades. Typically used in applications where resistance to Ozone, Ageing and UV are required.

Food Grade Rubber in EPDM is typically manufactured as White Rubber and should be independently tested and certified to EU1935 or FDA. MacLellan Food Quality Rubber is also certified Nitrosamine Free.
