Sheeting for Aerospace Industry Sector

A Genuine European Manufactured Chemours® Viton® A Fluoroelastomer Rubber Sheet. A number of Materials are referred to as Viton however only European or USA Manufactured Material carries the assurance of being a genuine Chemours® Polymer. Typically used for its resistance to High Temperatures, Oils & Chemicals.

+ VIEW ALL PROPERTIES

A premium quality EPDM Rubber Sheeting that meets the requirements of BS EN 681-1-WA. A soft rubber at 50 IRHD, the compound is WRAS approved (Ref 161153).

LD15FM Plastazote is an Inert Flame Retardent Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 15Kg/m3 and is available in black in a variety of Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

LD24FM Plastazote is an Inert Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 24Kg/m3 and is available Black. LD24 is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

LD33FM Plastazote is an Inert Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 33Kg/m3 and is available in Black. LD33FM is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

This Flourosilicone Closed Cell Sponge Rubber is flexible and compressible and designed for use in applications that have extreme Operating Temperature Ranges. This material has excellent weathering characteristics, compression set resistance, electrical strength and non-stick properties. It is often the choice for applications containing oils and fluids that would degrade normal elastomers. As well as the specification ASTM D6576 Type 2 Grade A,B & C this sponge rubber complies to MIL-R-6130 Type II Grade A and AMS 3323

Sorbothane is a super-soft polyurethane that exhibits properties of both liquids and solids. Designed to absorb energy and widely used for shock absorption and impact dampening.
