LD15FM Plastazote is an Inert Flame Retardent Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 15Kg/m3 and is available in black in a variety of Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

This grade has a density of 24Kg/m3 and is available Black. LD24 is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

LD33FM Plastazote is an Inert Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 33Kg/m3 and is available in Black. LD33FM is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

This Flourosilicone Closed Cell Sponge Rubber is flexible and compressible and designed for use in applications that have extreme Operating Temperature Ranges. This material has excellent weathering characteristics, compression set resistance, electrical strength and non-stick properties. It is often the choice for applications containing oils and fluids that would degrade normal elastomers. As well as the specification ASTM D6576 Type 2 Grade A,B & C this sponge rubber complies to MIL-R-6130 Type II Grade A and AMS 3323

Closed Cell Silicone Sponge suitable for applications requiring avoidance of dust or water ingress up to IP65 standards. The material meets WRAS, FDA and Flammability standards including FAR 25/JAR 25/CS 25 Appendix F Part 1, (a)(1)(iv) and (a)(1)(v).

The material has excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation, UV, ionising radiation and weathering.  

Expanded Nitrile Sponge excellent resistance to oil and fuels with the added benefits of high tensile strength, wide temperature range and low compression set.

The material meets UL94 HF1 > 2mm Flame Resistance standards and conforms to ASTM D1056-07 2B2 A1 B2 C M P2

Rail 45 Neoprene (CR) Sponge is a low smoke, low toxic Sponge Rubber sheet that meets Flame Resistance standards EN45545-2 Class R22/23, HL1 / HL2, passes Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) standard ASTM C 1166, and passes Boeing Gas Emissions standard BSS7239. 

This premium grade material is European manufactured is batch tested for complete traceability. 

P586 is a high quality EPDM Sponge with excellent Flame Retardant(conforming to UL94-HF1) & Weathering Properties.  Typically used in applications such as Enclosures, Glazing Strips, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.

The material meets ASTM D1056-14 Classification - 2A1 B3 C M and is CFC and HCFC Free.

A general purpose closed cell, medium density, silicone sponge for use in extreme temperature applications where environmental resistance is needed.

Accreditations include UL94HB, FMVSS 302, FAR 25 (Horizontal) and WRAS.

The material meets the technical requirements of ASTM D1056 2A2, AMS3195, ASTM 6576 Grades A, B and C (Soft-medium).

LD45 FR Plastazote is a Flame Retardant Inert Polyethylene Foam, functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 45Kg/m3 and is available in a variety of colours. LD45 is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness. 

Meets the following flammability standards:

FAR 25.853 CS 25.853 - 12 Second Test Pass at 3mm and 12m

UL94 HF-1 Pass at 3mm

 The material meets the technical requirements of Def Stan 81-116 Type GP Grade C.

P151 FR is a Closed Cell, Cross-Linked, Chemically Blown 30Kg/M3 Flame Retardant Polyethylene that can be supplied in Sheets & Rolls and Fabricated to virtually any shape or size. Typically applications include but are not limited to Automotive, Toys & Leisure, Medical & Orthopedics.

The material meets the following Flammability standards:

FMVSS302, UL94 HF-1, EN 11925-2
CLASS E, DIN 4102-1 CLASS B2
