LD45 FR

LD45 FR Plastazote is a Flame Retardant Inert Polyethylene Foam, functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 45Kg/m3 and is available in a variety of colours. LD45 is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness. 

Meets the following flammability standards:

FAR 25.853 CS 25.853 - 12 Second Test Pass at 3mm and 12m

UL94 HF-1 Pass at 3mm

 The material meets the technical requirements of Def Stan 81-116 Type GP Grade C.
