P152 is a Closed Cell, Cross-Linked, Chemically Blown 45Kg/M3 Polyethylene that can be supplied in Sheets & Rolls and Fabricated to virtually any shape or size. Typically applications include but are not limited to Automotive, Toys & Leisure, Medical & Orthopedics.

LD15 Plastazote is an Inert Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 15Kg/m3 and is available in black and white in a variety of Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

LD18 Plastazote is an Inert Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 18Kg/m3 and is available in black and white in a variety of Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

This grade has a density of 24Kg/m3 and is available in a variety of colours. LD24 is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

LD24FM Plastazote is an Inert Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 24Kg/m3 and is available Black. LD24 is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

LD33FM Plastazote is an Inert Flame Retardant Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 33Kg/m3 and is available in Black. LD33FM is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

P150 is a Closed Cell, Cross-Linked, Chemically Blown 25Kg/m3 Polyethylene that can be supplied in Sheets & Rolls and Fabricated to virtually any shape or size. Typically applications include but are not limited to Automotive, Toys & Leisure, Medical & Orthopedics.

P151 is a Closed Cell, Cross-Linked, Chemically Blown 30Kg/M3 Polyethylene that can be supplied in Sheets & Rolls and Fabricated to virtually any shape or size. Typically applications include but are not limited to Automotive, Toys & Leisure, Medical & Orthopedics.

LD70 Plastazote is an Inert Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 70Kg/m3 and is available in a variety of colours. LD70 can be joined to create endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

High Density Polyethylene is highly resistant to acids and alkyls.  It has good low temperature properties, sliding properties and high impact strength.

Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of
industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure,
Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 29Kg/m3 and is available in a
variety of colours. LD29 is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm
thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness. 

LD45 FR Plastazote is a Flame Retardant Inert Polyethylene Foam, functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 45Kg/m3 and is available in a variety of colours. LD45 is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness. 

Meets the following flammability standards:

FAR 25.853 CS 25.853 - 12 Second Test Pass at 3mm and 12m

UL94 HF-1 Pass at 3mm

 The material meets the technical requirements of Def Stan 81-116 Type GP Grade C.
