Hello I’m Chloe I started work at MacLellan’s in the
sales office in July 2020. I am currently focusing on Customer service and
order processing. I have completed my Level 2 NVQ and currently half way
through my Level 3 I hope to finish this by this year and be fully completed.
At MacLellan’s I work closely with Chris he helps me develop my skills as a
customer service administrator. My main role in the business is order
processing I also help to solve any problems / price query’s a customer may
have with an order.
