MacLellan Rubber: re branding of an industry icon.
Rebranding a long-established industry leader for anyone must be
considered a daunting task, but a complete overhaul worthy of another 146 years
of trading is enough to give even the most experienced member of the team
second thoughts. This however was exactly what our Senior leadership team
tasked themselves with mid-2024.
When looking at our organisation for initial inspiration we found that A company as rich in history, product innovation and culture as MacLellan has undergone rebranding a few times over the years, however our set brief was to capture the business not only as it is now but also to include our vision for the future.. This would also be the first major change in our corporate identity since Andrew Onions and Simon Winfield bought the business in 2010.
Who are
MacLellan Rubber?
With 146 years of trading and manufacturing history established us as a leader and Authority in our specialist field of polymer based products, being recognised as having both the experience and knowledge to surpass industry needs and expectations, in unique position to be able to work closely with all of the links within the supply chain. Operating from our now expanding warehouse and distribution centres, outside the city of Wolverhampton, to accommodate a number of recent additions to our long established range, including
· A Coloured TPE and FR PVC matting range
· Anti vibration waffle pads
· Neoprene and Nitrile bonded Cork sheets
Plus the addition of a small Part packing cell to further capitalised upon on of our greatest strengths of logistics, stock holding and supply.
What Next.
After looking back at where we have come from humble beginnings to our first manufacturing site in Shuna Street Glasgow whilst seeing a handful of changes of ownership, MacLellan Rubber weathered the ups and downs in our market place both in the UK and throughout the world to become the established and trusted brand we hold today.

We will no longer brand ourselves as MacLellan Rubber, and are now:
