Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) is superior to normal Nitrile (NBR), achieved through saturating the Butadiene with Hydrogen. This makes the Rubber Sheeting more resistant to Oils & Gasses (including Sour Gas), improves its physical properties and increases the working temperature range
0853 is a Neoprene(CR) Rubber Sheeting essentially conforming to National Coal Board (NCB) 853 specification. Specifically formulated for use in applications requiring Anti-Static Properties as well as Flame Retardant eg. Underground Applications such as Mining as well as a number of Transport Applications. Conforms to ISO 340 MSHA CFR Pt 18 with a 60 Seconds Maximum Flame.
Typically sold in Rolls that are 1.4 Metre Wide and 10 Metres Long for Thicknesses up to 8mm and 5 Metres Long for 8mm and above.
We stock this grade of Rubber Sheet in 1mm,1.5mm, 2mm,3mm,4mm, 5mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm, 15mm & 25mm Thick.
Rubber Rolls will normally be Palletised and sent using a National Pallet Network.

This Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) Rubber sheeting is 100% Cured with Peroxide is of European Source so benefits from EU Assurance and traceability. This material has excellent compression set and good mechanical properties and is typically used for gaskets and joints in high temperature applications, and require ozone resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties.
FluoroSilicone Sheeting 60° Shore to MIL-R-25988 TY2 CL1 GR60. Fluorosilicone Sheeting has been engineered to be used where normal silicone would degrade when up against harsh chemicals and/or extreme environments. This grade has an excellent Operating temperature range from -60° C to +230° C and can even perform at +250°C in short bursts.
This material also meets the technical requirements of MIL-DTL-25988 and AMS3325.
