Quality Update from Steve Jackson

To mark the end of our 3rd year of trading as MacLellan Rubber Limited, under the guidance of co-directors Andrew Onions and Simon Winfield, Steve Jackson our Quality Manager has championed a number of initiatives reducing our rejection rates throughout the financial year. These incentives include:

• Better liaison though out our supply chain
• Significant improvements in the analysis of our received complaints (Better allowing us to target the areas which require further resources)
• Changes to our inspection procedures

All of which has resulted in an overall reduction of 25% in the value of our reported complaints and a clear indication that we are better meeting our customer's expectations. Congratulations to Steve and the team
