Pilotseal 1300 an EPDM Material is a material designed specifically for making Boiler Door Joints & Hand Hole Gaskets. This Sheet Material is exclusively manufactured by MacLellan Rubber Ltd and the format allows greater flexibility in the size and shape of the joints produced over standard moulded joints.

Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) is superior to normal Nitrile (NBR), achieved through saturating the Butadiene with Hydrogen. This makes the Rubber Sheeting more resistant to Oils & Gasses (including Sour Gas), improves its physical properties and increases the working temperature range

C478 Anti-Vibration Mats are Nitrile Rubber bespoke compound pads designed to isolate vibration.  The 5mm Ribs run opposite to each other on both sides of the pad to ensure good grip and anti-vibration properties.

The 8mm Thickness offers a maximum load of 2.0 Kg/cm2
The maximum load capacity can be increased by using multiple layers and for optimum performance use metal plates between the layers.
Suitable for use with Industrial Washing Machinery, Generators, Compressors, Hydraulic presses and more.
The C478 offers Oil Resistance over its Natural Rubber sister product C477.

This is suitable for Extremely High Temperature applications up to 500°c combined with High Internal Pressures up to 120 Bar.
