LD15FM Plastazote is an Inert Flame Retardent Polyethylene Foam functional and aesthetically pleasing for a number of industries including but not limited to: Automotive, Packaging, Leisure, Cosmetics & Toys. This grade has a density of 15Kg/m3 and is available in black in a variety of Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

This grade has a density of 33Kg/m3 and is available in Black. LD33FM is available in endless Sheet/Roll sizes from 1mm thick and can be fabricated to virtually any thickness.

PL580 is a high quality Neoprene Sponge with excellent Flame Retardant & Weathering Properties. Typically used in applications such as Enclosures, Glazing Strips, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.  The material is CFC and HCFC Free.

PL585 is a high quality EPDM Sponge with excellent weathering and water tight properties. Typically used in applications such as Enclosures, Glazing Strips, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.

PL599 is a high quality EPDM/CR(Neoprene) Blended Sponge with excellent weathering and water tight properties as well as sound and thermal control. Typically used in applications such as Acoustic Enclosures, Vibration Dampening, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.

This Flourosilicone Closed Cell Sponge Rubber is flexible and compressible and designed for use in applications that have extreme Operating Temperature Ranges. This material has excellent weathering characteristics, compression set resistance, electrical strength and non-stick properties. It is often the choice for applications containing oils and fluids that would degrade normal elastomers. As well as the specification ASTM D6576 Type 2 Grade A,B & C this sponge rubber complies to MIL-R-6130 Type II Grade A and AMS 3323

PL581 is a high quality Neoprene Sponge with excellent Flame Retardant(conforming to UL94-HF1) & Weathering Properties. Typically used in applications such as Enclosures, Glazing Strips, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.

An expanded Neoprene Sponge Rubber with ASTM D1056-14 Classification of 2C3 B2 M

27118 is a highly versatile medium firmness Silicone offering the lightness of a foam with the sealing capabilities of a traditional Sponge Rubber.  Use to seal against penetration of dust, moisture, air and light within indoor or outdoor enclosures, such as lighting and electronics and Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning. This product has, Excellent Memory and low stress relaxation,  Good Resistance to Ultraviolet light, ozone, extreme temperatures and flame, FDA Compliance in accordance with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.2600

Closed Cell Silicone Sponge suitable for applications requiring avoidance of dust or water ingress up to IP65 standards. The material meets WRAS, FDA and Flammability standards including FAR 25/JAR 25/CS 25 Appendix F Part 1, (a)(1)(iv) and (a)(1)(v).

The material has excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation, UV, ionising radiation and weathering.  

Expanded Nitrile Sponge excellent resistance to oil and fuels with the added benefits of high tensile strength, wide temperature range and low compression set.

The material meets UL94 HF1 > 2mm Flame Resistance standards and conforms to ASTM D1056-07 2B2 A1 B2 C M P2

P586 is a high quality EPDM Sponge with excellent Flame Retardant(conforming to UL94-HF1) & Weathering Properties.  Typically used in applications such as Enclosures, Glazing Strips, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.

The material meets ASTM D1056-14 Classification - 2A1 B3 C M and is CFC and HCFC Free.

A firm grade Neoprene Sponge with excellent Tensile and Mechanical characteristics suitable for a range of sealing applications.  The material is Flame Resistant to FMVSS302 and CFC and HCFC Free.

P151 FR is a Closed Cell, Cross-Linked, Chemically Blown 30Kg/M3 Flame Retardant Polyethylene that can be supplied in Sheets & Rolls and Fabricated to virtually any shape or size. Typically applications include but are not limited to Automotive, Toys & Leisure, Medical & Orthopedics.

The material meets the following Flammability standards:

FMVSS302, UL94 HF-1, EN 11925-2
CLASS E, DIN 4102-1 CLASS B2
