Metal Detectable Silicone High Pull Strength EU1935:2004

A high quality Silicone Rubber Sheeting containing additives which are visible to metal detector scanning equipment, ensuring that any particles contaminating the product can be easily identified.

This grade has been developed with a High Magnetic Pull strength, 11.3mm using test method SEWI 700, and meets the Flammability requirements for FAR 25/JAR 25/CS 25 Appendix F Part 1 (a)(1)(iv).

Also available in moulded sheets with an Anti-Microbial additive for applications where both features are required.

This material is suitable for Seals and Gasket applications in the Food, Drink and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Note this material is classified as Black in colour due to the high level of metal detectable particles.
