PTFE Braided Packings

A high performance Packing manufactured from an expanded PTFE Yarn (ePTFE) using the Crossplait Technique suitable for any application where contamination cannot be tolerated. Designed for Food & Drink Industry but also used in Pharmaceutical, Medical, Fine Chemicals & Paper Industries.

A high performance PTFE Packing with no impregnation or additives, designed for use on Oxygen Applications and suitable for use with All Chemicals.

A high performance packing manufactured from a specially lubricated PTFE Yarn, suitable for all chemicals and solvents.

P090 is manufactured from pure PTFE spirally wrapped to form a cord for fitting into restricted gland spaces. This production method reduces lateral flow and the possibility of extrusion. For use in Valve Gland Packings or universal flange gasket. Suitable for use with water, steam, oils, solvents, oxygen, gases and all chemicals with the exception of molten alkali metals and fluorine.

PK3800 is a high performance hatch packing designed for road, rail and sea hatches. With an EPDM Rubber core and PTFE wrapped outer cover it has excellent recovery characteristics after repeated compression and is impervious to liquids and chemicals.

The product is available in square or rectangular cross sections to accommodate any irregularities in the tank lid and can be supplied in continuous coil, cut lengths or pre-formed endless rings to suit your needs. 

The product is accepted by US Coastguards for use with Propylene Oxide and 1,2 -Butylene Oxide.
