This Encapsulated O Ring combines the Chemical Resistance of a TeflonFEP Outer Jacket with the energy of a hollow Dupont Viton Rubber Core. Viton is generally offered as the standard in Encapsulated O Rings because it has a good Compression Set.

This Encapsulated O Ring combines the Chemical Resistance of a Teflon®PFA Outer Jacket with the energy of a solid Silicone Rubber Core. Silicone Rubber is chosen as the core when Higher or Lower Temperature Range is required. The Teflon®PFA offers advantages over Teflon®FEP as it has improved mechanical, creep properties, abrasion resistance and a higher operating temperature.
