This Honeycomb Modular Tile is manufactured from recycled PVC and is an extremely versatile and economic Modular Flooring solution that can be used as an Anti-Fatigue Matting but can also be used for a entrance mats, grass mats or general purpose flooring.

Supplied in 500mm square tiles with ramped edges and corners this solution mechanically interlocks to form a robust and truly flexible surface covering that can be laid anywhere on either a permanent or temporary basis.

The material is Flame Resistant to BS EN 11925:2010 and the product is Non-Slip tested to BS EN 7188:1998 and Critical Fall Height Tested to BS EN 1177:2008  

A hard wearing lightweight open grid matting that is ideal for applications where areas are wet and slippery, or where you need to be able to remove and re-lay quickly for cleaning.

The PVC material is anti-microbial and anti-fungal and is resistant to most chemicals and cleaning agents.  

C543 Protection/Acoustic Matting from Recycled Granulated Rubber, with a fine Granulated Structure, that will be mostly black, but due to the recycled nature of the product may contain flecks of other colours. This matting has good acoustic properties is Non Hazourdous and a B2 Fire Rating, with limited resistance to acid and alkaline solutions.

A General Purpose Flame Retardant PVC Matting with a 4 Bar Checker Plate Pattern, suitable as a floor covering for Temporary or Semi-Permanent use in Industrial & Commercial Areas. Can also be used to line Shelves or Drawers in Garage or Workshop Environments.

MacMat Oil is a specially formulated Nitrile material that has excellent resistance to animal or vegetable oils and fats up to 50 Deg C, and non-aromatic hydrocarbons.

As well as thermal and acoustic insulation, this matting is a anti-static, providing additional safety in high risk areas.  

Available with Circular Stud or Checker Plate surface pattern.

MacMat-Fire+ Antistatic is an exceptional matting product meeting EN 13501 BfL S1 Fire resistant standard, with low, translucent, and non toxic smoke emissions.

In addition the material is Antistatic, Oil Resistant, Thermal and Acoustic Insulative.

Manufactured with a circular stud pattern for comfortable, non slip and easy cleaning surface. 

MacMat-SD is a high grade PVC matting, weather resistant and Fire Rated to UL94 V0.  Manufactured with High Visibility Yellow and Green Bars to assist with Social Distancing Queuing at 1mtr and 2mtr intervals or with High Visibility Blue Bars for Social Distancing between Work Stations.

The printed text can be bespoke to your requirements subject to minimum production batches and lead times. 

Offered in standard rolls of 10mtr x 1.2mtr wide and either 3.5mm or 6mm thickness dependent upon your environment and level of footfall.
