Coated Fabrics for Transport Industry Sector

This Nitrile(NBR) Nylon Diaphragm Sheet Rubber is a Coated
Fabric Sheet suitable for use wtih LPG & CNG, Compressed Air, Methane,
Pentane, Propane, Aliphatic Hydrocarbons. Also suitable for Mineral &
Silicone Oils.

The material is supplied Uncured for manufacture of moulded Diaphragms and for fabrication of expansion bellows and inflatable seals. Typical roll size is 50mtr x 1.66mtr wide.

A high performance Nitrile / PVC blend Rubber coated Nylon fabric widely used in the manufacture of flexible fuel tanks.  The material has excellent fuel resistance, ozone, abrasion and weathering resistance and is self healing in the event of puncture.

Coat weight of rubber will vary according to the thickness required.  Higher thicknesses many have multiple plies of fabric.

A PVC Coated Polyester Fabric that meets the flame retardant requirements of BS7837:1996. This product is available in a variety of colours including Blue, Black, Red, Yellow, Grey, and White.  Typical width option is 1.5mtr, with some colours available in 2.05mtr.

A high performance Hypalon coated Polyester fabric for use in rail applications.  Tested and Certified to EN45545 R7, HL1, HL2 this material has exceptional characteristics that make it suitable for flexible expansion joints, corrugated bellows and movement joints.
