This Encapsulated O Ring combines the Chemical Resistance of a TeflonPFA Outer Jacket with the energy of a solid Dupont Viton Rubber. Viton is generally offered as the standard in Encapsulated O Rings because it has a good Compression Set. The TeflonPFA offers advantages over TeflonFEP as it has improved mechanical, creep properties, abrasion resistance and a higher operating temperature.

Similar to our E101 O Rings the Hollow in the Viton Core is for applications where more flexibility or an easier compression is required.
