Plastics for Electronics Industry Sector

Manufactured from a polyester, metal, polyethylene ,laminate, this material is designed to provide a static safe environment for sensitive electronic devices, that is non silver staining and safe from delamination, conforming to the technical requirements of Def Stan 81-146.

Polyamide 6 FRT is a high performance plastic with high mechanical strength and exception Flame Resistance properties, widely used in the aerospace, transportation, mechanical engineering and automotive industry.

Tested in accordance with EN45545 and certified R22, HL1, HL2, R23, HL3; UL94 VO; FAR 25,853 passes Flame Spread, Heat Release, Smoke Density, plus GAs Toxicity in accordance with Airbus ABD 0031.   

Mylar A is a general purpose polyester film material with excellent technical characteristics that make it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.  It has a hazy appearance and rough surface to provide ease of handling and processability.

The material meets the dielectric strength technical requirements of ASTM D149-81.
