Quality System Audit Completed

MacLellan Rubber are pleased to announce that it has once again retained its Quality Accreditation of ISO 9001:2008 following an audit of its processes concluded this month.

The auditor was particularly impressed with the attention and systems in place to record and retain batch number information, the attention given to stock control and the much improved Case Management System that has recently been implemented.

MacLellan Rubber remains committed to improving its processes, quality and customer service and plans are already in place to be review our processes with a view to having them accredited to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard in 2017.
