With no Non-Conformances and no Observations, the team at MacLellan Rubber are celebrating being awarded ISO
9001:2015 quality standard, following a successful transition from ISO
9001 is an internationally recognised quality management system which is used to demonstrate that companies can consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

and our team work hard to ensure that the information about our products is technically accurate and fully traceable, that we supply products that will meet our customer’s end-user requirements, and we deliver consistently high quality customer service and technical support.
Andrew Onions, director at MacLellan Rubber, said: “A comprehensive audit of our quality management system and procedures was undertaken and the auditor who was particularly impressed with the information provided by our warehouse Apprentice, Kyle Dandy, who he said was knowledgeable and articulate about our quality procedures. The auditor specifically commented on the following strengths:
- Our Traceability and ability to provide documents quickly and easily;
- Our Data as ISO 9001:2015 is focused on making decisions based upon accurate data.
The findings from the ISO
audit showed zero Non-conformances and zero Observations which means there are no additional preventative actions required or any failure to show evidence of compliance.
