ISO 9001:2015 re-accreditation secured again for 2023-24

The Quality and integrity of our products and service offered at MacLellan rubber is a key driver for our success. We are therefore very pleased to again announce we have secured re-accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 for year 2023-24, following our audit earlier this month.

The ISO standard sets out key areas such as policies, processes and procedures which aid us in the planning and delivery of our core business. This re-accreditation demonstrates our ability to supplying the right quality products on time whilst delivering on our customer service commitments.

MacLellan Rubber’s embracement of the ISO system has ensured that we are ready for the future by fostering innovation and continuous improvement, whilst enhancing customer trust in our abilities.

Our Joint Managing Director Andrew Onions Commented:

“It is possible for ISO 9001:2015 accreditation to be gained via an online submission, however MacLellan still values the process of going through a full external Audit, thereby challenging us to ensure that our systems are embedded in what we do each working day. As all companies we do sometimes make mistakes, however the integrated nature of our Quality system works for us in ensuring a prompt resolution and continuous improvement.”
