Introducing the new members of our customer service team

Here at MacLellan Rubber we have a long established history of seeking out future talent to support us in offering award winning customer service to our client base.

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our two most recent additions to the customer service team.

Bo and Chloe who joined us via our customer service apprenticeship programme, will be training in a number of disciplines in the MacLellan rubber commercial office and are a very welcome addition to the MacLellan family.

Chloe added "Since joining MacLellan rubber earlier this year and have been enjoying my first few months of training whilst also undertaking completion of my NVQ in Business Administration. I believe I have settled into the team well and so far have learned basic order processing and stock checking procedures, I enjoy speaking to people on the phone and look forward to helping you with your requirements in the near future.

Bo added "Since joining MacLellan rubber earlier this year as a customer service apprentice I have already leaned a number of new skills such as stock checking, and customer price enquiries, order processing, quotation generation and am looking forward to further adding to these skills each day. I look forward to speaking to you and helping you as much as I can"

I'm sure all of our customer will join us in welcoming both Bo and Chloe to the MacLellan family.
