MacLellan Rubber's warehouse apprentice, Kyle Dandy, has completed a Level 2 NVQ qualification in Warehouse & Storage - four months early!
Richard Harrison, MacLellan's warehouse manager, said: "Kyle is making very good progress with his apprenticeship and has become a real asset to the team. He's gaining a wide understanding of the different jobs needed to fulfil the responsibilities of a busy warehouse which has doubled capacity since Kyle joined the company. Hopefully, we will be able to offer Kyle a full time contract when his apprenticeship ends in November."
Kyle receives regular on-site training from
Nova Training and he's now focussing on the week long Fork Lift Truck training which is planned for August.
