Award Finalist for Customer Service

MacLellan Rubber is a respected global brand and one of the UK's leading suppliers of quality polymer sheeting and technical products. They operate from Planetary Road Industrial Estate, Wolverhampton.

As part of the application process, MacLellan Rubber provided evidence of their customer service practices and policies and reported on performance management. Customer service is an integral part of their business plan and their work-flow is designed to facilitate responsiveness to customers, whilst delivering a high quality service. Staff retention rate is over 95 per cent with most staff having worked at MacLellan's for more than 10 years, and many more for 20 years plus.

The winner of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce awards will be announced at a gala dinner on 17 November 2017.
