Apprentice Passes Fork Lift Truck Training

28 Aug 2018

MacLellan Rubber's warehouse apprentice, Kyle Dandy, is sitting pretty after passing his Fork Lift Truck course.

Kyle, who recently passed his Level 2 NVQ qualification in Warehouse & Storage four months ahead of schedule, is delighted to be officially certified to operate the fork lift trucks at MacLellan's warehouse.

Regular evaluation of FLT operatives

Richard Harrison, MacLellan's warehouse supervisor, said: "Fork lift truck training courses ensure that employees have the skills and training needed to operate a truck safely and efficiently. It's an important aspect of running an efficient warehouse and we ensure that fork lift truck operators are evaluated regularly in accordance with official guidelines."

The week long course, which contains a mixture of both practical and theory training, covers safety, accidents and risk assessments.
