Vulcanised O Rings

Bespoke with High-Integrity, high precision O Rings to suit non-standard sizes and applications. These seals are heat vulcanised from high tolerance, precision extruded cords manufactured using proprietary compounds. The joining process achieves a material strength of at least 95% of the original material tensile strength. Products can be manufactured in compounds such as Silicone, Fluorosilicone, Viton (FKM), Perfluoro Elastomer, EPDM and Butyl with a wide range of accreditations.
