BS EN 61111

European Standard for Electrical Insulation Matting used in High Voltage applications in the Power Generation and Distribution Industries and around local high voltage switchgear.

The standard has various classes (0 through to 4) relating to the level of voltage the user needs to be insulated against ( 650- 36,000 volts). Note that the proof test figures are higher than the recommended working voltage.
