Conductive

Rubber is both used as an insulator but sometimes as a conductor, particularly in environments where it would be damaging or even dangerous for a Static Charge to build. Generally when viewing the results a resistivity value in ohms of greater than 10^8 indicates insulative, 10^6 to 10^8 indicates Anti-Static and values of less than 10^6 indicate that the material is conductive.
