MacLellan Rubber was presented with the challenge of manufacturing up to 50 giant loaf shaped parts for a specialist marketing client whose own client was keen to push forward with a 'zany' idea.

As a business we ship flat sheets and laminated sheets of Plastazote material in a variety of standard colours on a daily basis. Indeed, specialist fabrication into three dimensional parts is not uncommon business, however with the size of this profiling challenge we had to give some serious thought to the production schedule.
