NBR Sheeting

A 65° Shore Nitrile (NBR)/SBR Blended Rubber Sheeting for General Purpose or Gasketing use. A Hybrid Rubber Sheet that will carry some performance characteristics of Nitrile and some of SBR and is suitable for a variety of Lower Technology Sealing Applications.
 

MacNetic is a Premium Grade Blue Nitrile Rubber Sheet Metal Detectable by electromagnetic sensors and magnetic detectors. Coloured Blue for industry compliance within the Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Cosmetics industries.

Independently certified EU1935:2004 compliant for contact with foodstuffs, Nitrosamine Free, Bisphenol A (BPA) Free and Animal Derived Ingredients Free (ADI).

Suitable for applications including gaskets, seals, joints, skirts and curtains within safety critical industries.  

Typically sold in Rolls that are 1.4 Metre Wide and 10 Metres Long for Thicknesses up to 6mm and 5 Metres Long for 8mm and above.

Rubber Rolls will normally be Palletised and sent using a National Pallet Network.

An European Manufactured High Grade Nitrile Rubber Sheet designed specifically for use with Unleaded Petrol Fuels. This material being of European Manufacturing Source, has the required assurance, batch testing, certification and trace-ability for this most critical of applications. This grade has previously been referred to as OP16982b.

European Union Manufactured FoodSafe Grade Butadiene Acrylonitrile Rubber (NBR) Sheeting conforming to all latest Specifications and Best Practice including EU1935:2004 2023/26 & FDA CFR 177 Sub Part C 177.2600. Maclellan EU1935 Grades are Independently Certified Nitrosamine Free.

A 90° Shore Butadiene Acrylonitrile Rubber (NBR) or as better known Nitrile Specification Rubber Sheet conforming to BS2751:2001 and for use in industries and/or applications where surety over the compound is required. Designed originally for Aerospace & Defence Industries.

A 60° Shore Nitrile Rubber Sheet specifically formulated for use with Gasoline.  This rubber sheet benefits from being Manufactured in a European Facility with full traceability back to each 150Kg of Compound.

A Nitrile elastomer based Rubber Sheeting specially designed for gaskets seals used in pipes and fittings to carry gas and hydrocarbon fluids.  This material meets the technical requirements of BS EN 682:2002.

This materials is available as Rubber Rolls, Cut Sheets and Uncured Compound. 

European manufactured 50° Shore Nitrile(NBR)/Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR) Blended Rubber Sheet. This material benefits from having full traceability and test reports available.

A Gas Approved NBR(Nitrile)  Rubber Sheeting certified to BS EN 549 B2H3, for use in applications involving Gas.

A specialised European Manufactured Nitrile Rubber Sheeting at 70° Shore hard, specifically designed for use with Transformer Oil. This NBR Rubber sheet boasts an excellent operating temperature with low temperature resistance of -40 C.

A 70° Shore European Manufactured Nitrile (NBR) Rubber Sheet with full Traceability. Nitrile is suitable for use in applications where resistance to oil is required.

0733 Nitrile(NBR) Rubber Sheeting is a premium, high polymer content material for applications requiring best performance against Oils with excellent resistance to swell and superior mechanical characteristics.

This material is often manufactured with a Milliken Insertion to further enhance the tear resistance and burst strength, especially in high pressure applications.

60° Shore Nitrile(NBR) Rubber Sheeting for Technical Applications

A premium grade European manufactured Flame Resistant Nitrile Rubber sheeting certified to UL94 VO.  Suitable for a range of applications in Marine, Aerospace, Offshore and Transport environments where good Oil Resistance is required in addition to exception Flame Resistance and excellent mechanical properties. 

Expanded Nitrile Sponge excellent resistance to oil and fuels with the added benefits of high tensile strength, wide temperature range and low compression set.

The material meets UL94 HF1 > 2mm Flame Resistance standards and conforms to ASTM D1056-07 2B2 A1 B2 C M P2

This Nitrile(NBR) Nylon Diaphragm Sheet Rubber is a Coated Fabric Sheet suitable for use wtih LPG & CNG, Compressed Air, Methane, Pentane, Propane, Aliphatic Hydrocarbons. Also suitable for Mineral & Silicone Oils.

LascarOil is a high performance coated fabric produced using high strength cotton fabric and premium quality Nitrile Rubber compound. 

The material is supplied as an uncured sheeting and then used in the manufacture of profiled seals, which when vulcanised are suitable for use in a wide range of equipment in the processing of abrasive powders, hydrocarbons, oils, fats, greases and hydraulic fluids.

This Nitrile(NBR) Nylon Diaphragm Sheet Rubber is a Coated
Fabric Sheet suitable for use wtih LPG & CNG, Compressed Air, Methane,
Pentane, Propane, Aliphatic Hydrocarbons. Also suitable for Mineral &

The material is supplied Uncured for manufacture of moulded Diaphragms and for fabrication of expansion bellows and inflatable seals. Typical roll size is 50mtr x 1.66mtr wide.

A high performance Nitrile / PVC blend Rubber coated Nylon fabric widely used in the manufacture of flexible fuel tanks.  The material has excellent fuel resistance, ozone, abrasion and weathering resistance and is self healing in the event of puncture.

Coat weight of rubber will vary according to the thickness required.  Higher thicknesses many have multiple plies of fabric.

An excellent general purpose gasketing material, suitable for high temperature applications with good wear resistance and compressibility characteristics, making it ideal for a automotive and industrial gasketing applications.
