CR Sheeting

A 65° Shore Neoprene (CR)/SBR Blended Rubber Sheeting for General Purpose or Gasketing use. A Hybrid Rubber Sheet that will carry some performance characteristics of Neoprene and some of SBR and is suitable for a variety of Lower Technology Sealing Applications. 

0853 is a Neoprene(CR) Rubber Sheeting essentially conforming to National Coal Board (NCB) 853 specification.  Specifically formulated for use in applications requiring Anti-Static Properties as well as Flame Retardant eg. Underground Applications such as Mining as well as a number of Transport Applications. Conforms to ISO 340 MSHA CFR Pt 18 with a 60 Seconds Maximum Flame.

Typically sold in Rolls that are 1.4 Metre Wide and 10 Metres Long for Thicknesses up to 8mm and 5 Metres Long for 8mm and above.

We stock this grade of Rubber Sheet in 1mm,1.5mm, 2mm,3mm,4mm, 5mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm, 15mm & 25mm Thick.

Rubber Rolls will normally be Palletised and sent using a National Pallet Network.

Rail45 Q854 is an European Union Manufactured Self Extinguishing Neoprene Rubber Sheet specifically designed to meet BS EN45545-2 2013, which is a specific standard for Materials used in all Railway Applications. This standard replaced EN45545-2 2009 and BS 6853:1999. Typically sold in Rolls that are 1.4 Metre Wide and 10 Metres Long for Thicknesses up to 8mm and 5 Metres Long for 8mm and above.

European Union Manufactured FoodSafe Neoprene/Chloroprene(CR) Rubber Sheeting conforming to all latest FoodSafe Specifications and Best Practice including EU1935:2004 2023/6 & FDA CFR Sub Part C 177.2600. Maclellan EU1935 Grades are Independently Certified Nitrosamine Free.

An European Manufactured Neoprene(Chloroprene - CR) Self Extinguishing Rubber Sheeting. Manufactured to the NF-F16101 standard meeting classification M2 F3

A Chloroprene/Neoprene Rubber designed for use in the Rail Industry, conforming with both UNE 23727:1990 & NF16101. This Rubber Sheeting is both Anti-Static & Flame Retardant - being of European Manufacture, this grade benefits from Full Test Results, Traceability & batch testing at each manufacturing process.

Q853 is a European Union Manufactured Self Extinguishing Neoprene Rubber Sheet that is low smoke, low toxic rubber sheet that meets Flame Resistance standard EN45545-2. 

PL580 is a high quality Neoprene Sponge with excellent Flame Retardant & Weathering Properties. Typically used in applications such as Enclosures, Glazing Strips, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.  The material is CFC and HCFC Free.

MacFire Neoprene is a high performance Neoprene material meeting Fire Resistant standards UL94 V0 and UNE 23727 M2 and confirming with smoke opacity and toxicity standards NF F16101 and NF X 70100 F5.

In addition the material is Anti-static, animal and vegetable Oil Resistant, Thermal and Acoustically Insulative.

The material has exception wear resistance making it suitable for use in a variety of applications in quarrying and mining and offshore environments, and can also be used as a matting in high risk areas. 

Manufactured with a fabric pattern. Other options available subject to minimum production batches.

PL581 is a high quality Neoprene Sponge with excellent Flame Retardant(conforming to UL94-HF1) & Weathering Properties. Typically used in applications such as Enclosures, Glazing Strips, and Expansion Joints in high technology industries including Automotive, Electronics and Construction.

An expanded Neoprene Sponge Rubber with ASTM D1056-14 Classification of 2C3 B2 M

Rail 45 Neoprene (CR) Sponge is a low smoke, low toxic Sponge Rubber sheet that meets Flame Resistance standards EN45545-2 Class R22/23, HL1 / HL2, passes Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) standard ASTM C 1166, and passes Boeing Gas Emissions standard BSS7239. 

This premium grade material is European manufactured is batch tested for complete traceability. 

A firm grade Neoprene Sponge with excellent Tensile and Mechanical characteristics suitable for a range of sealing applications.  The material is Flame Resistant to FMVSS302 and CFC and HCFC Free.

Designed to protect engineers when working with live voltages up to 500v. Typical uses include underground cable jointing, overhead conductors and link box maintenance. This particular shrouding material is Brown in colour and conforms to ASTM F2320 - Class 00 and is manufactured in the European Union.

This particular shrouding material is Yellow in colour and conforms to ASTM F2320 - Class 0 and is manufactured in the European Union.

This particular shrouding material is Yellow on 1 side and orange underneath and conforms to ASTM F2320 - Class 1 Type 2B and is manufactured in the European Union.
